How It Works
Three steps. Your file stays yours.
Every Docsora tool follows the same pattern, so once you've used one, you know them all.

Choose your file or enter your information
Drag a file into the box or tap 'Choose file'. You'll see its name and size, and can remove it if you picked the wrong one.

Select the action you want
Pick simple options such as which pages, which direction or how small. We explain each option in plain words.

Download your completed document
Press the big Download button. The file goes to your device — usually your Downloads folder.
On your device (17 tools)
Your browser does all the work. The file is not uploaded to Docsora. The business document generators and templates work the same way.
Uses our server (4 tools)
These need software that can't run in a browser. Before you upload, you choose:
- Process and discard (default) — result sent straight back, nothing kept.
- Keep for 24 or 48 hours — the result (not your original) is kept in temporary storage so you can download it again with a private link, then deleted automatically.
- Delete now — remove a kept result at any time.
Clearing a Docsora page clears its temporary memory. It doesn't delete files you've already downloaded to your device — those are yours to keep or delete.
