Terms of Use

By using Docsora (docsora.me) you agree to these terms. They're written to be easy to read. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Free public beta

Docsora is a free beta. Features may change, be paused or be removed. There's no payment, subscription or account required. We'll tell you clearly before any paid features are ever introduced.

Your documents

You keep all rights to your documents. You're responsible for having the right to use, change or convert the files you work with, and for keeping your own copies. Only remove passwords from documents you're authorised to open.

Acceptable use

  • Don't use Docsora for anything illegal, harmful or fraudulent.
  • Don't try to overload, attack or bypass the security of the service.
  • Don't use automated tools to send large numbers of requests.

Business documents and templates

Generated documents and templates are general-purpose tools. Docsora calculates totals from the numbers you enter but doesn't know your local laws. You are responsible for confirming tax, accounting and legal requirements. Templates are original Docsora materials that you may use and adapt freely for your own personal or business documents.

No warranty

Docsora is provided "as is". We work hard to make the tools reliable, but we can't guarantee every file will process correctly. Always check your results before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, Docsora is not liable for losses arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are a beta draft and will be reviewed by a lawyer before wider launch.
